Senior / Research Coordinator (Research Office) (Contract)
The incumbent will provide operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of research activities, contributing to the advancement of the research programme with a focus on mental health, behavioural health, and population health. The role includes responsibility for project management, dissemination of research updates, preparation of regular reports, and management of ad hoc queries. The incumbent will also work in close partnership with the Principal Investigator, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to deliver effective support for research-related presentations and meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that all research activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards and in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedural requirements.
• Oversee and coordinates the recruitment, care and treatment of research participants; coordinates services with other internal departments and allied service agencies.
Ensuring efficient workflow and adequate care and treatment of research participants.
• Serve as the primary point of liaison and coordination between investigators, ancillary
departments, research subjects, sponsoring organisations and investigators as appropriate
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Quality improvement
•Participate in quality improvement activities.
Education, Training and Experience
• Diploma in science-related fields, or allied health. The candidate must be matured, able to think critically and trustworthiness.
• At least 1 year in Research and Clinical experience is preferred
• Proficient in English language and possess good writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
